Marnie Northrop CHC, AADP

Marnie transforms lives with her practical, flexible, encouraging approach to nutrition and wellness and is dedicated to helping busy people achieve life-long, vibrant health.   She loves seeing her clients turn their battle with food and their bodies into a joyful, nourishing relationship filled with pleasure and love.

A recovered workaholic and sugar addict, Marnie considers herself to be ever-evolving and is grateful to share her own journey in service of her clients.  Marnie understands the needs and challenges of the corporate workplace. After 12+ fast-paced, exhausting years consulting to Fortune 500 companies and start-ups alike, she kicked her afternoon coffee and cookie habit and pursued her life-long passion for health and wellness.

Marnie’s motto is “Progress not Perfection” and she smiles every time she witnesses how little changes over time lead to big transformation for her clients.  All with ease and grace.  She specializes in helping her clients break the bitter cycle of sugar dependency, savor the sweetness of life, and discover the pleasures of cooking simply and eating whole foods. She is the creator of the Pura Vida Cleanse, leads workshops, and offers wellness coaching to both individuals and groups in private and corporate settings.

Marnie studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Institute for the Psychology of Eating.  She is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and has also been a certified personal trainer.
