Health Coaching is a unique, exciting innovation. Most dietitians dwell on calories, carb counts, and fat grams and rely on lists of good and bad foods.  Food is more than the sum of its nutrients and is just one pleasure in life to be savored.  I practice a holistic approach to nutrition, where we not only look at what’s in your kitchen cabinets, we also explore how other areas of your life impact your health.

Everything affects your health. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, joyful movement, relaxation, and pleasure are essential forms of nourishment.

Each person has their own unique nutritional needs and the innate wisdom to figure out what those are.  By incorporating real foods into your diet, slowing down, and honing your ability to listen to your body’s signals, we figure out the best mix for YOU.

Simple and balanced.

We start with your current diet and lifestyle and make incremental, achievable changes.  We slowly introduce delicious whole foods: high-quality, organic vegetables and fruits, complex carbohydrates, protein and water. Don’t fret, there are no strict mandates. I even encourage you to enjoy chocolate!
